1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of SKILLS CONSULTING FZCO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

SKILLS CONSULTING FZCO provides AI consulting, design, content creation, branding, and digital strategy services. The specific scope of services will be defined in separate service agreements or proposals.

3. Service Engagement

When engaging our services:

  • All project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a separate agreement
  • Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement
  • You agree to provide necessary information and materials for project completion
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to us

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all deliverables created specifically for you become your property upon full payment. SKILLS CONSULTING FZCO retains the right to use project work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless confidentiality agreements state otherwise.

5. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals
  • Supply necessary materials and information
  • Make payments according to agreed terms
  • Use our deliverables lawfully and ethically

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation continues beyond the termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

SKILLS CONSULTING FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms, including payment for work completed, will be outlined in individual service agreements.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
